• Full-time Overview We are seeking a driven and self motivated Regional Manager to manage our facility and sales team within our organization.

This must be an energetic leader, someone who enjoys thinking outside the box, enjoys creating a positive culture and will drive business growth, optimize operational efficiency, and foster a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for management excellence, strong sales capability and communication skills, someone who is self driven and task oriented, someone who is capable of managing people as well as the facility, ensuring each aspect of their role has been overseen. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence regional success with future growth potential through business development in sales and process improvement initiatives within the facility. Duties Facility Manger

• maintain appearance within the facility, including cleanliness, merchandising and grounds. Sales Manger
• meet with and maintain sales goals and KPI for sales team.

Meeting daily, weekly and monthly to review and maintain KPI goals. Oversee daily operations Lead, motivate, and supervise sales teams to achieve sales targets, improve service quality, and enhance operational efficiency. Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and expanding the organization's footprint. Implement process improvements to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and elevate the culture within the work enviornment Experience Proven management experience in sales is a must. Demonstrate leadership capabilities with experience supervising teams and fostering a collaborative work culture. Solid understanding of sales margin and profit Expertise in building positive culture within the workplace. Excellent sales with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets through effective team guidance. Prior experience in supervising teams across multiple locations is highly desirable.
