  • 90k+ total compensation for strong performers Company vehicle provided 3 weeks of vacation plus paid holidays Regional leadership responsibility with real autonomy Stable, growing commercial cleaning company Job summary Pro Quality Cleaning is hiring a Regional Operations Manager to oversee field operations for our Pennsylvania commercial cleaning and janitorial locations.
While our corporate headquarters is in York, PA, this role operates regionally, with Lancaster centrally located to support our Pennsylvania offices. This position leads Area Managers, ensures service quality, resolves operational challenges, and drives performance through proactive leadership. It is a hands‑on operations role with clear performance‑based earning upside. Key responsibilities Manage daily operations for multiple branch offices Lead, coach, and develop Area Managers and field supervisors Drive tag work programs (strip & wax, carpet cleaning, project work) Support consumables programs (paper goods, restroom supplies, janitorial products) Oversee inspections, resupply, and quality control processes Conduct customer site visits and quarterly reviews Proactively identify and resolve operational issues Review labor hours, staffing levels, and operational efficiency Support new account start‑ups and transitions from sales to operations Recruit, train, and retain operational talent Participate in regional and company leadership meetings Compensation & benefits $72,500 base salary Commission opportunities tied to tag work and consumables Company vehicle provided Health insurance 3 weeks paid vacation Paid holidays Full‑time, in‑person leadership role Qualifications 5+ years experience managing hourly employees and supervisors Experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, facilities, or service operations preferred Strong leadership, organization, and problem‑solving skills Customer‑facing communication experience Proficiency with Excel and Google Workspace Comfortable working independently in the field Commitment to professional growth Clean criminal history To apply, respond through Indeed or email your resume to: Nick Carter, CEO
