- Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Experience partnering with Public Sector entities, including Military Housing, Higher Education, and State, Local, and Federal Government organizations.
- 5+ years of experience managing a sales team, including hiring, performance management, and training of outside sales professionals.
- Territory coverage includes the West and Midwest; candidates should reside within the territory, live near a major airport, and be comfortable with up to 70% travel.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Varicent, and the Microsoft Office Suite.

- Leads a team of sales managers and representatives in a designated region driving maximum sales growth and profitability for the organization.

- + Supports the sales team by resolving escalated issues, leveraging territory data analytics, and implementing creative sales solutions and techniques to maintain a territory vision and consistently deliver sales results.

- + Solutions require analysis and investigation.
- Work Environment
- + Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. + Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. + Typically requires overnight travel more than 50% of the time.
- Education and Experience
- + Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
