Our Property Management team plays a critical role in delivering strong performance while creating a culture where team members can grow and do their best work. Position Overview As the Regional Vice President - Market Rate, you'll report to the Sr. Vice President of Property Management and set the strategy, goals, and objectives for assigned regions and properties. You'll lead a team of Regional Managers, drive performance across a multi-site portfolio, and partner cross-functionally to maximize CNOI while ensuring KPG's core values of Culture, Community, and Commitment are consistently lived across your regions. This is a highly visible leadership role with heavy travel and significant influence on portfolio strategy and results. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing team of Regional Managers to maximize CNOI and achieve portfolio goals Spend three days per week on property visits to support operations, performance, and team development Partner with the Sr. Vice President of Property Management to help identify and execute strategic direction for the department Ensure KPG's values and culture are embedded and sustained across assigned regional business units Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Accounting, Development, Legal, Construction, Finance, and Human Resources Conduct bi-weekly KPI review meetings (op reviews) with each Regional Manager to share insights and drive improvement plans Participate in monthly Portfolio Reviews with the Sr. Vice President of Property Management and Director of Operations Participate in monthly and quarterly portfolio performance meetings with Executive Management Review, present, and support operating budgets with the Sr. Vice President of Property Management and Executive Management Develop and recommend policies aligned with KPG's strategic direction Provide strategic support for acquisitions and dispositions, including performance planning and operational readiness Lead additional duties and strategic initiatives as assigned by the Sr. Vice President of Property Management Qualifications 10 to 15 years of multifamily, multi-location property management experience; CPM preferred Four-year degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent related experience Market Rate apartment and lease-up experience required Proven success leading high-visibility and/or performance-challenged properties to improved results Strong working knowledge of local and federal laws, including Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant laws Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, coach, and build trust across diverse teams Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and circumstances Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create proposals and presentations for varied audiences Strong quantitative, analytical, and financial skills with confidence in budget review and performance analysis Strategic, creative, and clear thinking in high-stress scenarios involving owners, employees, and residents Proficiency with property management software; Yardi preferred Advanced MS Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, and Outlook Ability to travel extensively by airplane and car to assigned regions, up to 80% of the time Benefits Kittle Property Group offers a competitive total rewards package designed to support you professionally and personally.
