Schedule Consistent school-based hours:

8:30am-2:00pm Optional afternoon sessions: 2:00-5:00pm Part-time or full-time depending on your availability We work with your schedule and value balance and stability. What You'll Be Doing Providing 1:1 ABA therapy with kindness, patience, and professionalism Implementing individualized treatment plans Tracking data and celebrating client progress Supporting clients in communication, social, and daily living skills Collaborating with BCBAs, school teams, and families Creating a safe, positive environment where every child feels supported What We're Looking For Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification A warm, patient, and compassionate personality Reliability, professionalism, and dedication to client care HS diploma (Bachelor's preferred) Ability to pass a Level 2 background check Most importantly, we're looking for someone who genuinely loves helping children succeed.
