Job Description

Registered Behavior Technician Are you looking for a job where you actually make a difference —like, every single day ? As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll help clients build independence, learn essential skills, and navigate their world with more confidence. Job Description:
As an RBT, you'll provide 1:1 and small group Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA. You'll support skill-building in areas like communication, emotional regulation, social interaction, and daily living skills—all while making a real impact, every day.
Essential Job Functions:
Be a positive role model and build real connections with residents Help children, teens and young adults work toward their treatment goals Jump in with daily routines— chores, activities, groups, and more Go on outings, community events, or just get out of the clinic for a while! Support emotional regulation and safety with compassion and calmness Document what you see, hear, and experience—your observations matter! Be part of a team that has each other's backs and truly cares
Education:
Required:
High school diploma / 6-12 months experience working with individuals with either autism, oppositional defiance or conduct disorder.
Preferred:
Associates Degree, training and knowledge of behavior analysis, Bachelor's degree in sociology, psychology, social work, or human services, or any other field relevant to care or services to individuals with behavioral and/or mental health challenges •If you already have your RBT certification, your starting rate may be higher•
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
