We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of professionals in Greenfield , TN. As an RBT, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans, provide direct ABA therapy, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with autism and related disorders.Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the direction of a BCBA. Provide one-on-one therapy to clients in clinic, home, or community settings. Collect and record data on client behavior and progress accurately and consistently. Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills. Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and team members. Maintain detailed and organized client records and session notes. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent required. Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is required. Minimum of 1 year of experience in ABA therapy or a related field preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Passion for working with children and individuals with special needs. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Weekly Pay:
$20 - $24 per hour, based on experience.New Hire Incentive:
