Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Discover fulfilling opportunities to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in the Dewy Rose, GA area, just a short drive from Athens. We are seeking dedicated professionals with RBT certification to support students in local schools on a contract basis. Two distinct roles are available to suit your strengths and preferences:
Position One:
Provide consistent, one-on-one support to a high school student, enabling growth in academic and behavioral skills in a full-time capacity.
Position Two:
Utilize your ABA knowledge as a float RBT, supporting various classrooms and behavioral caseloads where individualized support is needed. This role is likely full-time; final arrangements are being determined.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or therapeutic settings Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility and adaptability, especially for the float position A collaborative approach to working with fellow educators and specialists
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct behavioral interventions following IEPs and behavior plans Collect and accurately document data on student progress Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), educators, and families Support a positive learning environment and foster social-emotional growth Adapt strategies to individual student needs Maintain confidentiality in all student matters Take the next step in your career through these rewarding positions, where your RBT expertise will make a daily impact.
