Full Job Description About Us:

True Care Behavior was founded with a mission to serve families often overlooked. Those with limited access to resources and support. We began our journey in Las Vegas, providing in-home ABA services to children in foster care and low-income families. Today, we're proud to expand that mission to Colorado, delivering high-quality, compassionate ABA therapy to Medicaid-covered families throughout the Denver metro area. Position Overview:

We're hiring RBTs and BTs to provide in-home ABA therapy to children diagnosed ASD and other developmental disabilities.

Schedule:

FLEXIBLE!

Looking for people who can work weekdays and weekends. But must commit minimally 15 hours a week.

In-home throughout Denver and surrounding areas

Start Date:

Only 2 Immediate openings available- First come first serve basis! Can start next week if hired.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (required) Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred but not required) Active RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification within the first 45 days (we will help guide you) Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel for in-home sessions- MUST

Pay Scale:

BTs start at $23 an hour (no prior experience needed) RBTs start at $25 an hour (must be certified) Highly experienced RBTs can start anywhere between $25-$32 an hour. We offer your first performance review 3 months after working with us. 90% of our staff get a raise during their initial performance review. Raises are based on attendance, punctuality, data collection skills, willingness to take feedback, and progress with client.
