Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Take the next step in your career supporting students as a valued member of a school team near the College Station/Bryan area. This full-time, contract opportunity offers you a meaningful role each day, assisting students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs either in classrooms or through individualized support. You'll collaborate closely with educators, therapists, and other dedicated staff, making a positive difference for students and contributing to a supportive educational environment. Your skills and compassion will shine as you help students thrive both academically and behaviorally. If you have a background in behavioral support, paraprofessional work, or hold RBT or CPI credentials, you'll find this position both rewarding and impactful. Qualifications Previous school, ABA, or behavioral support experience is preferred CPI certification or de-escalation training strongly preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Patient, adaptable, and able to work well in a team-oriented setting Committed to helping students succeed in all aspects of their education Responsibilities Provide day-to-day classroom assistance and individualized behavioral support Work collaboratively with teachers and related service providers Implement behavioral strategies and support student engagement Foster a positive and safe learning atmosphere Adapt to varied student needs throughout the day Benefits Enjoy competitive pay ranging from $21 to $27 per hour (based on experience), weekly direct deposit, medical, dental, and vision insurance options, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
