We currently serve families from our Carrollton and Allen centers and are expanding to Frisco in 2026. We're seeking passionate, reliable, and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who want to make a difference while growing with a company that values teamwork, development, and meaningful impact.

In-person (Carrollton center or in-home)
Work Remotely :
No Working schedule : 12-5/1-5 pm every weekday Responsibilities Deliver high-quality ABA interventions to children with ASD. Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs as directed by the BCBA. Collect, record, and summarize data on client progress and behavior. Teach communication, social, and self-help skills in individual or small group settings. Maintain accurate client documentation and session notes. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members. Adhere to company policies, confidentiality standards, and mandated reporting requirements. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA therapy (preferred). High school diploma or GED required; some college or a degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred. Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred, not required). Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Calm, patient, and creative when facing challenges. Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance are required. Ability to lift to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and engage in physical play when appropriate. Must pass background, driving record, and reference checks.
