Registered Behavior Technician

Job Description:

Provides adaptive behavior treatment directly to client. Treatment includes behavior modification treatment as well as providing training to client in communication, social, and adaptive skills.

Responsibilities:

Implement behavior modification and skill acquisition programs, as directed by BCBA Collect data on above programs Record session notes detailing treatment Report successes, challenges, and questions to supervising BCBA File medical and crisis incident reports

Qualifications:

Ability to read and write English High school diploma RBT Certification (Kind Care Services will coordinate receiving this licensure with applicants.) Experience in education or autism-related field (recommended) All shifts are available. Part Time and Full Time. Ability to work hands-on with children
