Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Make an impact by supporting students' growth and development as a Registered Behavior Technician in an engaging school environment. This contract role is ideally suited for a dedicated professional skilled in behavior analysis and intervention, seeking the opportunity to work with students and contribute positively to their educational journey.
Qualifications:
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience providing ABA therapy, preferably in a school or pediatric setting Solid understanding of behavior intervention plans and data collection methods Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, staff, and families Ability to adapt strategies to meet each student's unique needs Patience, reliability, and a strong sense of professionalism
Responsibilities:
Carry out individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Record and track student progress, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Deliver direct, one-on-one support to students, fostering skill development and positive behaviors Collaborate and maintain open communication with classroom staff, special education professionals, and families Participate in meetings and professional development as required Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and positive educational atmosphere This position offers a meaningful place to advance your skills while making a difference in students' lives.
