Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Soliant is seeking a dedicated and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct behavioral support to student(s) at a school near Winters, California. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and collaborate with educators and support staff to help student(s) succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is strongly preferred. Candidates must be able to remain calm, patient, and consistent in challenging situations. This role is ideal for RBT professionals in the local area or open to relocation for short-term assignments while gaining diverse experience. Provide 1:1 or small-group behavioral support to students with autism and/or developmental disabilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by a BCBA Use evidence-based ABA strategies to increase positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors Collect and record accurate data on student progress and behavior Assist students with transitions, classroom participation, and daily routines Support development of communication, social, and adaptive skills Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and therapists Maintain confidentiality and comply with all school and district policies Soliant contractors must have and maintain an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (in good standing) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Contractors must receive ongoing supervision from a BCBA as required. Candidates must successfully pass fingerprints, drug screen, TB test/clearance, reference check, and background check before the start of the assignment. Soliant offers qualified candidates $22-$30/hour based on experience and location. Eligible Soliant contractors are able to enroll in comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.
