Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Make an impact every day by supporting students in a role designed for compassionate, adaptable professionals seeking meaningful work in a school setting. This rewarding, full-time contract position offers the opportunity to work closely with students and educators, providing academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assistance both in the classroom and through individualized support. Whether you're a Registered Behavior Technician, Paraprofessional, Behavior Specialist, or have practical experience as a Behavioral Health Assistant or Instructional Assistant, your expertise and dedication are valued here.
Key Qualifications:
Experience supporting students in school, ABA, or behavioral settings CPI certification or de-escalation training (strongly preferred) Effective communication and relationship-building skills Patience, reliability, and the ability to work well with diverse teams Commitment to empowering students academically and behaviorally RBT certification (current or former) is a plus
Responsibilities:
