Job Overview Guidepost ABA | Jefferson, TX Guidepost ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals who are passionate about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and working with children with autism.

Part-Time and Full-Time Available Hourly Pay:

$17-$25 per hour (based on experience) Responsibilities Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Deliver in-home ABA services to children with autism Collect and record behavior data during each session Assist with skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and caregivers Maintain accurate and timely session documentation Qualification Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience working with children, autism, or developmental disabilities preferred Reliable transportation for in-home ABA sessions Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently under BCBA supervision Why Join Guidepost ABA?
