Qualifications and Required Experience:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Prior experience working with children or adolescents in educational or therapeutic settings Familiarity with behavior intervention strategies and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Ability to follow prescribed behavior intervention plans and accurately record data Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families Reliable, organized, and adaptable in dynamic situations
Key Responsibilities:
