What You'll Do Work 1:1 with children in center-based and/or home settings Implement individualized ABA therapy programs designed by a BCBA Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and families Collect and track behavioral data to monitor client progress Collaborate with BCBAs and team members to provide high-quality care Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and life skills in a fun and engaging environment Ideal Backgrounds for This Role We strongly encourage candidates with experience in the following areas to apply:
Teaching or Education Special Education Psychology ABA Therapy Autism Support Childcare or Daycare Mental Health or Behavioral Health Occupational, Speech, or Physical Therapy Settings Qualifications Preferred:
