Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. We have 12 locations in the DFW area. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist in providing high-quality dental care to patients. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

• Duties:

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Prepare patients for dental work
• Take digital dental X-rays
• Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records using OpenDental software and assist with payment procedures
• Ensure the dental clinic is clean, organized, and well-stocked

• Skills:

• Proficiency in all areas of general dentistry procedures, including endodontics procedures
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Experience with OpenDental software
• Familiarity with aseptic technique and infection control protocols
• Ability to take digital X-Rays and 3D scanning technology
• Competence in taking vital signs and medical documentation This role requires a candidate who is detail-oriented, compassionate, and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
