Pay:

$28•$30/hour, depending on experience

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Chairside assisting in general, cosmetic, restorative, and preventative dentistry Fabrication and placement of temporary crowns Operatory setup and breakdown Sterilization and infection control following OSHA and CDC guidelines Take and process dental radiographs Assist with treatment procedures and patient flow Accurate charting, notes, and treatment documentation Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and team members Maintain stocked operatories and clinical areas Support a positive, efficient, and patient-centered clinical environment Other duties as assigned

EXPERIRENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Current California RDA license (required) General dentistry experience strongly preferred Comfortable assisting with restorative procedures Knowledge of dental instruments, materials, and terminology Strong understanding of OSHA, infection control, and safety protocols Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Team player with a positive, professional attitude Calm, friendly, and patient-focused demeanor Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced practice
