Job Description

We believe that a healthy smile can change a life. Our practice is built on compassion, precision, and a genuine commitment to patient well-being. Every day, we strive to create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, cared for, and empowered to take charge of their oral health. Our team works together like family-supporting one another, celebrating wins, and always putting patients first. As a Dental Hygienist with us, you'll be more than a clinician-you'll be a trusted partner in our patients' health journeys. You'll play a vital role in preventing disease, educating patients on oral health, and ensuring every visit leaves them feeling confident and cared for. Your expertise will directly improve lives, one smile at a time. What You'll Do Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and root planning with precision and care. Conduct oral health assessments, including periodontal charting and oral cancer screenings. Take and interpret digital radiographs to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, nutrition, and preventive care strategies. Collaborate closely with dentists and the clinical team to deliver comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with HIPAA and practice protocols. Ensure all instruments and equipment are sterilized and maintained to the highest standards. If you're passionate about patient care and love helping people feel their best, we'd love to meet you. Let's create healthier smiles together.
