We're searching for someone with home health experience who is passionate about helping people remain safe and comfortable in their own homes. Why Nurses Enjoy Working With Us Flexible scheduling and autonomy Supportive, team-focused environment Meaningful one-on-one client care Variety in your day and independence in your role Opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients and caregivers Less paperwork stress compared to traditional Medicare-certified agencies What You'll Do Complete admissions for new clients using our EMR system Coordinate care plans and obtain physician orders as needed Train and delegate tasks to Home Health Aides and Personal Care Assistants Conduct supervisory and client visits based on nursing judgment and state regulations Review and update client care plans Manage and implement medication programs according to agency policy and state guidelines Maintain accurate clinical documentation Participate in team meetings and collaborate with staff Help create a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment for clients and families Assist with additional duties as needed Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Minnesota Valid driver's license and proof of insurance Home care experience preferred Supervisory experience preferred Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong communication and organizational skills If you're looking for a nursing role that offers flexibility, independence, and a supportive team culture, we'd love to hear from you.
