The RN plays a key role in promoting health, safety, and wellness across our group homes and day treatment center through medication oversight, staff support, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. You will be a part of a supportive and communal, mulitdisciplinary team where your nursing skills will help lead and develop the talents of other social services professionals. What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference... Provide nursing support to residential program and day treatment participants Conduct health assessments and monitor ongoing medical needs Collaborate with program staff to ensure safe medication administration Maintain accurate and timely documentation Support crisis response and care coordination as needed Schedule & Hours This position offers a flexible, self-designed schedule Ideal for candidates seeking part-time nursing work that can adapt to their availability

Requirements:

Current Massachusetts RN license required Experience working in residential, behavioral health, or community-based settings preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Additional Requirements MAP certification is preferred; however, training will be offered for candidates who are not yet certified Bay State Community Services is an equal opportunity employer.
