Schedule Responsibilities Include:

Delivering direct patient care and administering treatments Monitoring and documenting resident progress Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Supervising CNAs and ensuring quality care standards Communicating with residents and families to support care planning

Qualifications:

Current RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred Strong clinical skills and attention to detail Compassionate, team-oriented, and dependable
