Multiple Shifts Available Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, a patient-first mindset, and the ability to provide exceptional care across diverse healthcare settings. This role offers opportunities to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, quality-driven care.Available Shifts:
First Shift:
6:30 AM•3:00PM Second Shift:
2:30 PM•11:00PM Third Shift:
10:30 PM•7:00AM Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams and vital sign monitoring. Administer prescribed medications and treatments, adhering to best practices and safety protocols. Accurately document patient care using EMR/EHR systems. Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care. Collaborate with healthcare teams across specialties including critical care, pediatrics, geriatrics, and emergency medicine.Perform advanced nursing tasks:
IV infusions, catheterizations, pain management, dialysis support, and suturing assistance. Participate in emergency triage and provide care for patients with diverse needs, including those with developmental disabilities or chronic conditions. Maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure confidentiality of all patient information. Stay current with industry standards through continued education in areas like esthetic treatments, infection control, and advanced nursing procedures.Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Previous experience in hospital or clinical settings is required. Proficient with EMR systems (Point Click Care (PCC)) is preferred. Strong understanding of medical terminology, ICD-9/ICD-10 coding, and aseptic/phlebotomy techniques.Skilled in specialized care techniques:
tube feeding, airway management, specimen collection, and ostomy care. Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with patients and families.
