• Full-time, (4) 10hr shifts, day shift
• Part Time, (2) or (3) 10hr shifts, day shift
• Part Time, Weekend only, Fri/Sat, 10hr shifts

Pay:

competitive based on experience plus full benefits package The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing employees in a workers comp capacity.

Duties to include:

Provide first aid, assess workplace injuries, and coordinate care with healthcare providers. Recommend workplace modifications to prevent injurie. Conduct pre-employment screenings, routine health exams, and drug testing. Ensure adherence to OSHA, ADA, FMLA, and other workplace health regulations.

Case Management:

Support employees with return-to-work programs, workers' compensation claims, and accommodations. Develop wellness programs, including stress management, nutrition, and preventive care initiatives. Train employees in CPR/First Aid and respond to medical emergencies. Provide health-related training sessions to employees on topics like workplace hazards and disease prevention. Work with HR, safety teams, and management to maintain a healthy work environment.

REQUIREMENTS

Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program Compact or Ohio Registered Nurse license At least 3 years of nursing experience and comfortability working independently Nursing experience in occupational health or urgent care setting, strongly preferred
