Our mission is to support facilities and residents with reliable equipment, expert clinical guidance, and exceptional service. The Role We're hiring a Tennessee-based Registered Nurse to serve as a field liaison, visiting our nursing home clients in person to build relationships, support clinical staff, and ensure our residents receive the best possible care. This is a people-first role — you'll be the face of our company on-site. What You'll Do Visit nursing home clients throughout Tennessee on a regular schedule Travel to client facilities in other states as needed Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with facility staff and administrators Provide clinical insight and product support related to our DME offerings Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for nursing home teams What We're Looking For Active RN license in good standing (Tennessee required; compact license a plus) Warm, personable demeanor — someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with frequent travel, including overnight and out-of-state trips Reliable, professional, and self-directed Prior experience in long-term care, DME, or nursing home settings preferred
