Physician Office / Outpatient Clinic Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse
  • Clinic RN to support an outpatient Diabetes & Endocrinology practice.
This role focuses on direct patient care, chronic disease management, patient education, medication coordination, physician support, and EMR documentation in a fast-paced outpatient clinical environment. The ideal candidate will have strong outpatient clinical experience with a preference for diabetes or endocrinology care background. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments, obtain vital signs, and document findings in EMR Assist physicians during patient examinations and administer IM/SQ injections Provide patient education, phone triage, and follow-up care coordination Review physician orders, lab results, and imaging reports Coordinate insurance authorizations, medication appeals, and FMLA documentation Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate nursing documentation Utilize EMR systems for charting, communication, and disease management workflows Respond to emergencies and maintain crash cart and defibrillator equipment Support chronic disease management initiatives with a focus on diabetes care Perform additional clinical duties as assigned Required Qualifications Active Ohio RN License or Compact RN License required Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association required Previous RN clinical experience required Experience in physician office or outpatient clinic settings preferred Experience with diabetes patient care strongly preferred Knowledge of chronic disease management workflows preferred Experience handling insurance prior authorizations and medication appeals preferred Preferred experience with Centricity EMR For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
