Job Description

Supervision of field staff. and ensuring that files are in compliance with NYS DOH. Addressing clinical issues in the home with the clients and their family. New Assessment & Reassessment of new homecare clients. Ensuring that all reassessment is done on time. Other functions as outlined by the administrator. Always auditing files for field staff.
