We have designed our program in a way that customizes the needs of each individual senior, yet fits into an overall program that makes it uniquely suitable for group activities and group enjoyment. Our adult day care services provide our participants with a chance to be part of a caring, comforting, warm and nurturing environment. In our continuing quest to bring best-of-class services to our participants (clients), we are currently looking to fill several part-time positions at our centers (Crestwood IL and Glenwood IL). Position Type FT/PT Number of Openings Contract/PRN, Permanent Position Part-time Minimum of 2; immediate availability Job Description Monitor Vitals; Monitor and/or Administer medication, as needed; Check Blood Sugar levels; Create Care plans; Computer input; React to sudden health issues: falls, unresponsiveness, etc; Contact participant's families, as needed; Contact participant's case worker, as needed; Learn about each person's personality, likes & dislikes; Laugh, Sing, Converse with all of our unique, wonderful friends! Qualifications Candidates must have current credentialing, either LPN or RN. We are looking for someone that really enjoys working with seniors. May be a student who is looking for flexible hours; a nurse that doesn't want nights or weekends; or a retired nurse that wants to stay in the profession, but without the hassle. Hours/Week Work Schedule/Shift Flex-scheduling; NO Nights and NO Weekends The Centers are open from 6am until 6pm Monday through Friday. Schedules are based on client needs. Wage/Salary LPN = $19.50/hr RN = $25.00/hr
