Responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care in the infusion clinic, personnel management, program development and administrative duties; Using demonstrated leadership & management skills, will work to collaboratively assure the delivery of quality care

QUALIFICATIONS

Active RN license in the state of LA required OCN required within 2 years of attaining position. Current ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider Card required, or obtained within 30 days of hire BLS CPR required Minimum of 5 years general nursing experience; Oncology and charge/lead/supervisory experience preferred.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE

Medication and IV administration; patient assessments; information related to care of oncology patients. Administration of hazardous and non-hazardous therapy in accordance with ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy standards and organizational policy.
