Job Description

As a 20205-2026 Best Nursing Home winner, Life Care Centers of West Bridgewater is seeking dedicated and highly skilled (RN)'s or (LPN)'s to join our skilled nursing team. We're seeking 5 star candidates who have excellent communication skills combined with a compassionate approach to patient-centered care at our five star facility. Overview The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in patient care, with experience across diverse clinical settings including acute care, long-term care, and skilled nursing and rehabilitation. This role offers an opportunity to provide compassionate, comprehensive nursing services while working with a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Full Time Part Time Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:
Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred. CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
Specific Job Requirements:
Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action Knowledgeably and competently deliver quality nursing care to patients Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients Be able to assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
