Our Assisted Living and Corporate Adult Foster Care group homes, located in Fairbault and nearby areas, serve adults with mental illness and physical disabilities. Key duties include managing medications, setting up medications, training and testing staff competencies, offering support to both clients and staff, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, coordinating supportive services for clients and families, and developing comprehensive care plans. Additional responsibilities include assisting with new client admissions and providing on-call support as needed.
