What You'll Do Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor residents closely and report changes in condition Communicate with physicians, families, and care team members Perform clinical procedures (tube feedings, wound care, catheterization, suctioning, etc.) Order medications, equipment, and supplies as needed Advocate for residents' needs, preferences, and care plans Complete accurate, timely documentation What We Offer Supportive team environment with consistent leadership What You Bring Active RN or LPN license in good standing (Nebraska) Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently Clear, respectful communication with residents, families, and staff Working knowledge of long-term care practices and regulations Commitment to quality care and accountability Why Hemingford Care Center?
