Occupational Therapist (OT) PRN Hemingford Community Care Center | Hemingford, NE $50-55 per hour | PRN | Flexible Schedule | Therapist-Owned Company Whether you're a new grad or experienced OT looking for a PRN gig with clinical autonomy , this is a great place to grow and stay long-term. New therapists receive:
Strong integration and onboarding 1:1 training for documentation and evaluations Customized clinical training based on your experience Ongoing mentorship and competency support when needed What You'll Do As the OT, you'll treat a geriatric population across SNF/Transitional Care Unit, including: Functional ADL retraining and adaptive strategies Transfer training (all levels) Fall prevention and safety training Treatment of clinically complex patients Discharge planning and care coordination Supervision of a COTA (as needed) Collaboration with nursing, PT, ST, and facility staff Requirements Current Nebraska OT license in good standing Degree from an accredited OT program Organized, self-starter who enjoys the geriatric population Ability to supervise a
COTA SNF
