Must have unrestricted RN license in the State of Colorado Starting hourly pay: $38.02 - $43.05 $1/hr each for

CHPN/WCC

PRIMARY RN DUTIES

Primary Registered Nurse (RN) have an assigned caseload of patients and lead the interdisciplinary team caring for those patients. We provide care wherever our patients call home - private homes, nursing homes, group homes or assisted living facilities. In addition to having strong clinical skills, they are generalists on all diseases and specialists in symptom management, requiring excellence in assessment and critical thinking. Hospice Nurses are "teachers" - helping patients identify their own personal goals of care and helping caregivers have confidence in caring for their family member. The Primary Registered Nurse (RN) has a weekday schedule, of Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, with occasional back-up for weekends and on-call. There is flexibility in arranging your daily schedule, which provides a work/life balance allowing time for personal needs.
