12hrs. Full-Time Nights (+Rotating weekends)
Pay Rate:
Starting $33hr & up $3hr Night Shift Differential available! We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Aspire Senior Living Advance, a skilled nursing facility located in Advance, MO. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality personal care services to our residents in a welcoming and respectful atmosphere. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and performing vital signs Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care Registered Nurse (RN)
Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Missouri Experience working in a long-term care/senior living or related field Current CPR certification and any other certifications relevant to the role
