Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Sovereign Health Home Health. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, utilizing your expertise to support their recovery and rehabilitation in a skilled nursing setting. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient health status and report any changes to the healthcare team. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding care plans. Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort. Conduct assessments of patients' conditions and document findings accurately. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans. Participate in training programs for staff on best practices in patient care. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Experience in home health settings preferred. Strong clinical skills, particularly in IV insertion, triage, and emergency medicine. Compassionate approach to patient care with excellent communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
