Job Description

Join a team that recognizes and rewards nurses like you. ! Responsibilities and Purpose Obtain and administer prescribed medications and treatment following approved nursing techniques. Ensure residents' chart is current. Observe residents and record significant conditions and reactions. Notify appropriate parties of residents' changes in condition and response to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents. Take vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess residents' condition. Keep residents' families and physicians informed of any changes in resident behavior, medications, or health conditions. Modify residents' care plans, care directives, Activities of Daily Living (ADL), and Aide flow sheets in conjunction with residents' changes in condition. Required Experience and Education Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) License. Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification. One (1) or more years of experience in a skilled nursing or Long-term Care environment is preferred. Benefits We offer competitive pay relative to experience.
