Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our healthcare team to work 6PM to 6AM at our detoxification and residential treatment facility. New nurses are encouraged to apply. Stating pay is competitive at $36/hour plus commensurate industry experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting assessments, and implementing treatment plans. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The Registered Nurse will be expected to uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and care. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team. Provide education to patients and families regarding health management, treatment options, and preventive care. Assist with case management, ensuring continuity of care for patients. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations using electronic health record systems like Kipu. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care effectively. Skills Strong knowledge of nursing practices and procedures in various medical settings. Experience in addiction medicine and psychiatry is a plus, but not required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients and team members. Understanding of HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality at all times. Proficient in using electronic health record systems, specifically Kipu, for documentation purposes.
