Greenfield Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is a 50 - bed skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Greenfield, Ohio who is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and provide quality care to our residents in a nursing home setting. The successful candidate will have experience working with geriatrics and long-term care, as well as a passion for providing compassionate and attentive care. Day Shift Registered Nurse (RN) : 6:00am - 6:30pm Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) : 6:00pm - 6:30am What Makes Greenfield Special? Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Monitor patient/resident conditions and report changes to the supervising nurse or physician. Document all care and observations accurately and timely in accordance with regulations. Assist with wound care, catheter care, tube feedings, and other clinical procedures. Supervise nursing assistants and ensure care standards are upheld. Participate in care planning, team meetings, and shift reports. Support residents' dignity and well-being through person-centered care.
