What we are looking for:

Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing. license to practice nursing in state of Ohio. Current drivers license pass a BCI background check and drug screen. Good written and verbal communication skills What you will be doing: Provide care and treatment in the patient's home.

Some of the tasks required:

wound care, IV therapy, disease teaching and management, telehealth, medication education and management, venipuncture skills, foley catheter care, assessments and care planning process. Electronic documentation. Act as liaison for patient physician and external case managers Supervisory visits for paraprofessional staff
