Summary:
This is a Full-time, 40 hour/week, Day shift position.Unit Bio:
The Regional Clinical Educator plays a key role in advancing nursing excellence through the promotion of evidence-based practice (EBP), clinical research, and professional development initiatives across the region. This role supports a culture of lifelong learning, clinical competence, and innovation in patient care. Working within a dynamic and passionate education team, the educator helps standardize onboarding processes, enhance the Nurse Residency Program, and mentor nurses at all stages of their careers. Expertise in critical care, oncology, or generalist practice is highly valued and welcomed. This position offers meaningful opportunities for personal and professional growth, contributing to the development of nursing practice and education across the region. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)Education:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing/BSN required. Master's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.License/Certifications:
Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.Experience:
Demonstrated clinical expertise in direct patient care as normally acquired through a minimum of two years clinical experience and meets all the care delivery expectations of the expert clinical nurse within their clinical setting required. Experience in classroom instruction and/or clinical teaching associated with specialty specific setting preferred.Additional Skills/Requirements Required:
