Registered Nurse ( RN)

Embassy of Hermitage is currently hiring full time RNs to join our team of professionals on our 3pm-11pm shift! Think Embassy! Embassy of Hermitage offers a full continuum of care, from temporary respite care to long-term skilled nursing, to hospice services. We also provide exceptional short-term rehabilitation and a range of specialty programs and complex clinical services. Together with our compassionate, personalized approach, these capabilities have helped establish our long-standing reputation for total excellence in senior care: Responsibilities include: Assess patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment Document patients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursing Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills Other duties as assigned
