We are looking for a skilled and caring Registered Nurse to support a 38-year-old male patient with Cerebral Palsy who requires G-tube and Tracheostomy care. This position offers the opportunity to make a real difference in a patient's life by providing essential, individualized care.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer G-tube feedings and Tracheostomy care Monitor vital signs and assess health status Document and report any changes in the patient's condition Coordinate with healthcare professionals and the family for holistic patient care

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Texas Previous experience with G-tube and Tracheostomy care (preferred but not required; training available) Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Spanish-speaking candidates preferred to enhance communication and comfort
