Registered Nurse (RN) Functional Medicine

We combine the best of conventional and integrative medicine to support our patients in achieving optimal health through nutrition, lifestyle, advanced testing, and individualized treatment plans. We're seeking a self-motivated RN who thrives in a collaborative, evolving environment and has a passion for functional medicine, patient education and program development. This role is ideal for any nurse who is naturally curious, enjoys research and is confident in managing clinical processes and helping build and refine new programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist providers in developing and implementing functional medicine treatment plans and protocols Research and assist in developing new protocols and patient education tools Manage clinical workflows and contribute to improving operational efficiencies Administer treatments including IV therapy, injections, and phlebotomy as needed Provide patient education on nutrition, supplements, lifestyle changes, and medication usage Manage patient follow-ups and coordinate lab testing and diagnostics and ensure timely follow-up care coordination Document patient interactions and maintain accurate, up-to-date EMR records Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts

Qualifications:

Current RN license in Missouri 2+ years of clinical experience (functional/integrative medicine experience preferred) Self- starter and process oriented a must Strong interest in functional, holistic, or integrative medicine Proficient in EMR systems and basic computer skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
