  • The IR team is a combination of RN's and Special procedure techs.
Part of the job requires supporting the team and assisting in transporting patients to other areas when not scrubbed in. The IR works with the OR on the hybrid vascular cases on a weekly basis. Here's What You Need Education Nursing Diploma required Or Associate's Degree Nursing required Or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred Experience 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse required IR experience preferred Licenses and Certifications RN
  • Registered Nurse upon hire required And BCLS
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required And ACLS
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 days required And NIHSS
  • National Institute of Health Stroke Scale Certification 30 days required And CPI
  • Crisis Prevention Intervention Training maintained annually 90 days required What You Will Do Basic Human Needs
