Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care within a correctional healthcare setting Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Respond to medical emergencies and urgent care needs Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare protocols Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare staff

Requirements:

Active Connecticut RN or LPN License (Required) Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred Correctional, behavioral health, detox, med-surg, or long-term care experience is a plus Ability to work in a secure correctional environment Strong communication and clinical assessment skills Must pass background/security clearance
