• Outpatient General Surgery Position Summary The Registered Nurse is responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating a plan of patient care utilizing ANA Standards and the Nursing Process.

Acts as a patient advocate. Provides support, information and direct care. Utilizes equipment and technology skillfully and is technically competent in nursing procedures. Educates patients and families on significant self-care issues. The Registered Nurse position in General Surgery will have a heavy emphasis on clinical support, wound care management, medication management and phone triage. Will work to build Nurse visit patient panel RN

• Outpatient General Surgery Position Requirements Licensed and currently registered as an RN in state of residence Current BLS certification with American Heart Association One to three years experience in a medical office setting preferred RN
• Outpatient General Surgery Schedule Monday
• Friday RN
• Outpatient General Surgery Benefits At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.

5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
