36 hours per week Job Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join an outpatient chronic dialysis unit. This role involves delivering specialized nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment, with a focus on patient safety, clinical excellence, and continuity of care in a fast-paced outpatient environment. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Monitor patients throughout hemodialysis treatments and respond to clinical changes Manage and maintain vascular access, identifying and addressing complications Administer dialysis-related medications in accordance with established protocols Accurately document patient care, treatment progress, and outcomes in the EMR system Collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care Educate patients and families on dialysis procedures, home care, and treatment adherence Maintain strict compliance with infection control standards and safety guidelines Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required) Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience Prior dialysis or nephrology experience preferred Current

BLS/BCLS
